Return/ Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY tobacco product.This includes cigarettes and disposable nicotine vapes. Please be sure to check that your product is working before leaving our store.

We do accept returns on other products if the item is damaged or not working. This includes Vape MODS and pens. Please charge your device at least 2 hours before trying to use it. If it still doesn't work, we will be happy to exchange the item for a new one.
